A retail cooperative of business owners on Avenue A from Main Street to SW 5th St who are sharing resources to create a safer, more innovative shopping experience.
The members have entered into communications with the county Economic Development Office to receive 80 percent loan funding at discounted interest rates for 20 years. In addition the County worked with the members to seek a Brownfield Economic Initiative Grant to assist with any environmental issues that may arise during the revitalization process.
